NFEST remains a free-to-enter, family-friendly music and beer festival – a hidden gem in the local calendar, that often features in the East Anglian Festival Network’s top 10 in Cambridgeshire.

After a year’s break NFEST returns on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 July 2025 – and there are a range of ways you can get involved!

Call for community partners!

NFEST is a family-friendly festival and we love to open up our site to local community groups, charities and providers of family-friendly activities on the Saturday or Sunday. If you’d like to run a stall, offer an activity or even do a demonstration of your club or group to entertain our crowds, we’d love to hear from you.

Please contact with bookings@needingworthvillagehall.com for more information to express your interest.

Volunteer at the Festival

If you can spare as little as two hours across Festival weekend you can make a huge contribution to keeping your local community festival going. We’ve got a great variety of different shifts available on:

  • Our main bar, real ale and fizz bars (inside roles)
  • The Café (also inside)
  • And outside, right across the site – stewarding the main gate, supervising parking, preparing to welcome guests and helping to keep the whole site clean and safe for all during Festival times.

To express your interest or hear more detail of what’s involved, please contact Nat Lovegrove at natalielovegrove1983@yahoo.com or 07704 044845.

Tradespeople and skilled professionals

We’d love to hear from any local tradespeople or creatives who might be able to help us with electrical preparations, site set up and take down and creating a beautiful Festival vibe!

Please contact chair@needingworthvillagehall.com with details of what you might be able to offer.
